What makes us unique?
At EncircleSafe we understand that schools and other youth-serving organizations vary widely in size, culture, resources and where they are on their safeguarding journey. We work with and support the specific needs of each organization towards tangible and sustainable changes in their safeguarding process.
We help schools move beyond safeguarding as a checklist of tasks to safeguarding as an integral part of the operations of the entire community.
We believes ALL organizations need robust safeguarding programs and are well-suited to work with small schools and those new to the international community.

Regular updating of foundational safeguarding training every 3 years
Annual in depth training in focused topic areas

Rely on established, research based organizations such as ICMEC, CIS and NSPCC to guide our work
Engage only in work to which we are qualified and experienced - when needed, we will research and refer to organisations that have the relevant experience and expertise

Checks from country of origin and previous employment available upon request.
